How to Register:

Payment by credit card is required at registration. ┬áSession preferences will be manually processed by SPAWA within a few days. Multiple ticket purchases (up to 10 in each category)┬ámay be made in one transaction. Following registration and payment, the person registering will receive an email confirming payment and advising that they will be emailed a Session Preference Form within 3-4 business days. To secure session places, the Session Preference Form should be completed and returned to spawaconference@gmail.com Upon receipt of the Session Preference Form, SPAWA will send an email confirming registration and allocated sessions to that attendee. Tax invoices can be provided on request. Some sessions have limited capacity and allocations will be on a first come first served basis, so prompt submission of Session Preference Forms is advised.            

SPA Conference Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organisers by Monday, 11th September 2017 will be accepted and all fees refunded. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and address details of the new delegate must be advised in writing to the Conference Organisers prior to the Conference.
